Our parent company is SPCCO. SPCCO has primarily four sections of business. The first is Terminal Handling, including Shanghai Port and other domestic ports in China, located primarily along the Yangtze River. Second is logistics services, SPCFA acts as an integrator for all the logistics services provided by our parent company, including the WaiGaoQiao port zone and Waigaoqiao logistics center. Third is shipping lines and agency, part of which is Shanghai Haihua which operates its own vessels between Japan and South Asia and is currently in the process of opening an American line. Our sister company, Shanghai Jihai shipping is the largest barge company for inland tributary transportation along the Yangtze river. Fourth is IT including Haibo which designs software specifically for the logistics industry.
